Open the app, select your preferred branch, choose services and barber, then pick an available time slot. Confirm your booking and you're all set!
Yes! Go to your profile → Appointments, select the booking you want to change, and you can cancel or reschedule it.
Navigate to Profile → Edit Profile to update your name, phone number, or profile picture.
Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings. Go to Settings → Notifications → Barber Shop App and enable notifications.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, your password is managed by those services. For other accounts, go to Profile → Settings → Change Password.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, use those services to reset. For email accounts, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. Please note this action cannot be undone.
Try these steps:
Check your internet connection. If you're on Wi-Fi, try switching to cellular data or vice versa. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Make sure location services are enabled for the app. Go to Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Barber Shop App and enable location access.
If you're experiencing payment problems, check your payment method in Profile → Payment Methods. For billing inquiries, contact purplebananaapp@gmail.com
